Opening Back Up In-Person Assessments

To Our Clients, Caregivers, and Clinicians:

As we’ve globally transitioned into telepresence communication, we will still be offering our remote assessments alongside our industry-leading customer support. We understand that some communication needs, and assessments, may be challenging to support remotely and we are pleased to be opening back up in-person meetings and assessments effective June 1st!

Our highest priority continues to be the health & well being of our clients alongside their caregivers and clinicians. With this in mind, we’ve adopted a few new protocols:

Prior to meeting with you in-person, we will ask participants if they’ve experienced any Covid-19 related symptoms (as directed by the CDC). Per CDC guidance, we will not meet in-person with anyone showing Covid-19 symptoms.

Depending on the meeting environment, our team members may maintain a 6-foot distance when possible and we may be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

We feel these precautions are the best way we can protect our clients, their support team, and ourselves. As these guidelines continue to evolve we keep you informed. We look forward to seeing you soon!
