REGIONAL SALES CONSULTANT

Control Bionics is actively seeking sales consultants in the US. While the company’s headquarters are based in Milford, Ohio we are looking to hire remotely for this position.

Control Bionics is a high tech start-up style company helping people better their lives. With a focus in the assistive technology field, Control Bionics aim is to build a team dedicated to our clients. As a new, emerging company in the AT space this role will be responsible for managing sales of the Control Bionics speech-generating product line within their territory.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, Masters Degree in Speech, Special Education, OT, Assistive Technology Specialist or related field is preferred.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT + TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing callers with needed assistance
  • Providing callers with training and troubleshooting support to address problems and/or concerns
  • Responding to email messages and chat requests in an effort to resolve issues
  • Documenting all support communication
  • Preparing processes and procedures for device set up and shipment
  • Performing product line training and education for new employees
  • Providing research and support for sales consultants across a wide variety of topics and applications

MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct marketing research
  • Help with day-to-day administration tasks across various platforms (email, social media, reports statistics, monitoring campaigns,etc.)
  • Organize and plan events, project, and campaigns

  • Communicate with clients to gather feedback

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description:

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules; assessing project and resource requirements; negotiating and setting budgets and timescales with the Sales Team; adhering to the Control Bionics Quality System; selecting, ordering and purchasing materials; organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment; supervising the work of junior staff; and organizing relevant training sessions.

Roles + Responsibilites:

The Production Manager will answer directly to the Chief Technology Officer. Much of the Production Manager’s role will be related to exercising, to its fullest, the Quality System of Control Bionics. In addition, the Production Manager will be expected to provide, as Control Bionics grows, hands-on assembly and testing functions in strict accordance with the formal procedures of each product. As such, previous experience in product assembly is a plus.

The Production Manager will be expected to work with the team to continually improve processes and procedures, with the purpose to increase product quality while reducing manufacturing costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Technical Degree and experience with relevance to good manufacturing practices.
  • Previous employment in regulated fields where Quality Systems are a fundamental part of the manufacturing process.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
