Product Manager – Assistive Communication Systems

Control Bionics Inc. designs and manufactures assistive communication equipment for severely disabled people with conditions such as ALS, cerebral palsy, and stroke. Our flagship product is the NeuroNode Trilogy system which combines our award winning NeuroNode device with eye-gaze cameras, computers, and software to deliver world-class outcomes for our users. We are high growth company and ship our products throughout North America as well as international markets.

As Product Manager you will be responsible for the product planning and execution of our assistive communication range of products. This will include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, software development, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Product management, Marketing, Business Management, or a technical discipline such as software development and or biomedical engineering.

Funding Specialist

The Funding Specialist implements company best practices ensuring all billing and collections activities meet state and federal compliance requirements. Processes prior authorization requests in accordance with insurance standards. Timely follow-up activities conducted on assigned accounts to reduce outstanding account receivables.
