Thank you for attending the webinar. A recording of this course will be posted when available.

Course Information

Date and Time: September 7 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time, virtually on Microsoft Teams

Description:  Come learn about three new page sets designed in the Grid 3 software for individuals who use Control Bionics communication devices!  In this session, we will demonstrate the features and functions of the following new page sets:

  1. 16-Location High Contrast Auditory Scanning
  2. 16-Location Auditory Scanning (Kids and Young Adults)

In addition, we will discuss why these page sets were created, who they were designed for, and how they can be customized for individual users.  Because of the specific nature of these page sets, no other AAC vocabularies or communication software will be referenced.  While it is not necessary for the class, the page sets are available for download here.

  1. Describe two key features of the 16-Location High Contrast Auditory Scanning page set.
  2. State two key differences between the 16-Location Auditory Scanning (Kids and Young Adults) and 16-Location Auditory Scanning (Adults) page sets.
  3. Identify the common thread between all three page sets and why it is important for some AAC users.
